  • A pack of 10 chicken drumsticks thoroughly washed in white vinegar/lemon juice
  • 1 cup plain whole-milk yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons of my all-purpose seasoning (ginger, garlic, and cilantro )
  • 1 tablespoon of salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon orange or red food coloring (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon red curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon of garam masala
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • PAM spray for grilling

    1. Marinate the chicken drumsticks in olive oil, salt, black pepper, turmeric, red chilly powder, curry powder, garam masala, orange food coloring, ginger garlic, cilantro paste, and yogurt. Set aside for about 30 mins or an hour.

    2. In a large grill pan on medium flame spray PAM and once the surface is steaming hot drop the drumsticks one by one(about 4 each time or more if smaller in size) and cook for about 3 mins on each side.

    3. Cover the pan and cook another 6-8 mins on low medium flame and then transfer them to a foiled pan.

    4. Then transfer, they should be almost fully cooked.
