Cinnamon French toast

Fresh banana and a drizzle of maple syrup and seriously enjoy!! It’s so good.

This is the easiest and delicious French toast you’ll ever have

  • Any sliced bread (4-6 slices)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar(Brown or White )
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup(as desired)
  • 1 fresh banana sliced
  • 4 tablespoons of oil or butter (a tablespoon per slice)


  1. In a bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon together and set them aside.
  2. Heat a frying pan on medium flame and add in your butter or oil, meanwhile start by dipping each slice of bread one at a time in the mixture (milk, eggs, sugar, cinnamon) and pan sear the slices until golden brown on each side (about 2-3 mins).
  3. Repeat the same process for all the slices.
  4. Take them off on a paper towel one by one.
  5. While plating the french toast, dust some powdered sugar on top and cinnamon, sliced bananas and drizzle caramel.
