Macaroni n’ Cheese


I know everyone has their own mac n’ cheese version but I assure you this one won’t disappoint you if you’re looking for a finger-licking good recipe.

  • 1 Cup of Sargento (sharp or extra sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • 3 cups boiled macaroni pasta
  • 2 tablespoon of butter
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1 tablespoon of flour
  • A dash of salt to taste


1.Boil 1.5 cups of dried macaroni to get 3 cups of boiled pasta. drain. set it aside.
2. In the same pot on low flame add in 2 tablespoon of butter and 1 tablespoon of flour.
3. Whisk the butter and flour together and slowly add in half of the portion of the milk.
4. Once a smooth paste, add in the warm macaroni to the pot along with sharp cheddar cheese.
5. On a low flame mix the cheese in slowly, add the rest of the milk to the pot.
6. Keep on stirring smoothly without breaking the milk.
7. In 5-6 mins turn the flame off and check for salt (if needed add a dash)
