by thecurrytheory

Nowadays people are obsessed with healthy choices!! Gluten-free foods and Vegan diets are becoming quite popular but for those who are looking into real clean and healthy choices in their fat intake every day, Ghee would be my first choice. Ghee is far better than butter and has organic health properties. Its good for so many things and when eaten in moderation it has proven be to absolutely nutritious for your body, skin, and mental health. I grew up eating Ghee although back then we couldn’t afford it so whenever my mom would make it at home we loved it. It would spread its fragrant aroma all throughout our tiny home and we would jump with joy and anticipate the taste of pure ghee on our toast or Chapati.

Here’s a simple recipe.

Enjoy Ghee with any bread, rice, or even in your daily cooking needs. You will love the taste.
