Who doesn’t love a slightly healthy, little cheesy breakfast burrito? Did I mention this one is kid-approved! Do you have any picky eaters at home? I know I do, but this quick and easy recipe seems to actually impress the younger crowd. Also, can I say this is a yummy breakfast burrito for grown-ups too! Old bay seasoning is the perfect addition to this simple yet delicious burrito. Without further a due, let’s move forward with the recipe.

Ingredients
- 5 flour tortillas (old El Paso)
- 6 maple cooked sausage links (Banquet) pan-seared snd chopped into small pieces
- 1/2 cup shredded Sargento 4 Cheese Mexican blend (Or any shredded cheese)
- 4 eggs scrambled and cooked (with salt and Black pepper)
- 1 cup of Wegmans or any brand Tater tots, crispy cooked or according to the directions on the package
- 1/2 teaspoon of Old bay seasoning
- 1 teaspoon butter (optional)
- 1 to 2 sprays of PAM original spray on each burrito
Instructions
- On a medium heated nonstick cookware, spray some PAM and add in the flour tortilla.
- Add in your toppings (scrambled eggs, sausage, tater tots, cheese).
- Sprinkle some old bay seasoning after assembling all the ingredients, make a fold.
- It might be hard to fold it if the burritos are overfilled like mine, but you can take it out on an aluminum foil on a plate and then make a fold and set it back right back on the nonstick pan.
- Slap some butter on top of the burrito so it stays crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
- Wrap it up in the foil and serve it hot with some hot sauce or salsa or just by itself.
Repeat the process to make all. - Enjoy the hot burritos with some hot beverage, like chai tea.
