Dill and Red Lentils Bhaji

by thecurrytheory

Hello All,

Long time no see. I know I have been slacking! Trust me, this past month and a half has been quite busy and also stressful maybe for all Americans, so I hope I’m forgiven. Today, I come with another simple and deliciously healthy recipe with Dill herb. I know a lot of us won’t even think twice to actually eat this herb, but this easy steamed cooked method makes all the difference. I love to pair it with some sada roti or chapati. It’s easy to make, healthy, high on fiber and vitamins too. Do give it a try and let me know.
