Hello my lovelies,
Today I want to share a little secret with you all. Its the homemade seasoning that I use in practically all my Indian and non-Indian dishes. It actually is my dear mother’s recipe which has proven to be so multi-purpose, no matter the dish. I call it my Queen seasoning or the “All-purpose” Seasoning, which I always make sure to have it in stock.
Ingredients

- 3 whole garlic heads peeled and washed
- 2 6 inches long ginger root peeled and chopped
- 2 cups of chopped cilantro

- This recipe is for 2 bottles worth . lease cut it down to half by
- Half the recipe (1 bottle)
- 1 whole garlic head peeled
- 1 6 inch ginger root peeled and cut
- 1 cup cilantro chopped
- 1/2 cup water as needed to blend.
Instructions
Wash and mix thoroughly all these herbs in a bowl. On high-speed, blend a handful of mixed ingredients each time to get a smooth consistency in your paste.
You can store all the seasoning in your fridge for up to a month and freeze the rest in a plastic or glass container for up to 4-6 months.
You can amaze your guests with cooking (Indian, Chinese, American, Japanese, or Mexican) style of cuisine with this seasoning.
Notes
