This is my all-time family favorite burger! This burger incorporates so much taste to a simple turkey burger by adding some homemade seasoning and spice. My kids favorite so I can safely say it’s a kid-proof recipe. You have to try it at home with a side of homemade french fries alongside.
2. In a grill pan, sprinkle some oil so the burgers don't stick. Massage your hands with few drops of olive oil as well and start by shaping a handful of minced turkey mixture and roll them in medium-sized patties. 3. Once the pan looks sizzling hot, drop 3 patties at a time and make sure you don't flip the burgers right away. 4. Let cook about another 3-4 mins on the other side. Use the thermometer to see if it reached the 160-165F temp. Tip: Do not overcook the burgers more than 7-8 minutes total, as they will start loosing too many juices and hardened the overall texture. We want a juicy burger but not undercooked either, that's the trick. 5. Once cooked, take them out of the grill pan on a toasted burger bun, assemble the overly delicious, simple, and easy to make burger the way you like it.
Enjoy! Try it and please do leave a comment to let me know what you think. Have a great upcoming weekend.Ingredients
